FEES

When you instruct us we ask for a non-refundable retainer of £750 which will be deducted from the final fee. This will cover all initial searches and viewings in one area for six months. If you're not sure of the area you want you can instruct us to search additional areas at a cost of £200 per area. If you still have not found your property after six months, you can extend the search period at a cost of £200 for each additional three months.

We will negotiate the purchase price in all packages.

The final fee is payable on exchange on contracts.

Solo Package

We will preview suitable properties and provide a list of those we consider suitable, together with a comprehensive property report with photographs and basic area report. You will view the properties on your own.

Fee: 0.5% or 15% of the money saved on the asking price, whichever is the greater.

Standard Package

In addition to the preview and reports, we accompany you on visits.

Fee: 1% or 15% of the money saved on the asking price, whichever is the greater.

Premium Package

We will preview and provide all the reports and accompanied viewings but will also arrange the surveyor, liaise with your solicitor or suggest one from our many contacts, liaise with your lender and arrange the move and overnight stay if you are relocating.

Fee: 1.5% or 15% of the money saved on the asking price, whichever is the greater.

Extra services

Security
We have on our team an ex-Scotland Yard detective who will provide a basic security report on the property at a small extra fee.

Project Management
If the property needs work we can instruct and project manage builders and interior designers or can liaise with your own. We can even employ a feng shui expert to arrange your home for maximum energy and harmony.

There is no VAT payable on any package and the minimum charge is £3000.
