Get started

Call or email us to discuss your requirements or fill in our questionnaire online to determine exactly what you want. We will call you to discuss this further and if you want to go ahead, on receipt of the retainer payment, will start our search.

The Search

We will make a thorough inspection of every suitable property we find and will write a comprehensive report (including photos) and provide an area report (Standard and Premium packages). We will include any negative points because we are looking at the property as potential buyers, not as estate agents.

Escorted viewings

We will escort you on viewings on the Standard and Premium packages, so that we can draw your attention to all the good and bad points and discuss them with you after the viewing.

If you don't want to drive your own car we can arrange free pick ups at a nearby station for four people or for larger parties at a small extra charge, a chauffer driven luxury MPV. Home pickups can also be arranged and will be charged according to distance.

Second and further escorted viewings if required are also included in the initial retainer fee, or you can view on your own.

Relocation help

As we have experienced family relocation ourselves, we know of all the pitfalls and can help you avoid them. You are embarking on a complete change of area and lifestyle which can be far more stressful than a simple house move. The area report available with our Standard or Premium package will give details of the best state and private schools, medical and leisure facilities, shopping and transport. You will receive this when we send you your first batch of properties, so you can be sure you are searching in the best location for your requirements.
